YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE AND ALL CONTENT GENERATED.

You are fully responsible for: (1) all information you input (for example, person's name, age, photo, and RSVP details); (2) all video content generated based on your inputs; and (3) any consequences resulting from the use of such content.

CELEBRATE: BIRTHDAY VIDEOS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE, RESPONSIBLE, OR ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE, ANY CONTENT GENERATED, OR ANY RESULTS OR CONSEQUENCES THEREOF.

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that Birthday Invites & Video bears no responsibility whatsoever for user-provided information or generated content.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Birthday Invites & Video ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Birthday Invites & Video. If you are a parent or guardian agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the minor to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The App is designed for a broad age range. To use the App:

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or
If applicable, you may need a parent or guardian to create or authorize your account
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

⚠️ Important: If you are using the App with a minor, you are responsible for supervising their use of the App and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

3. Service Description

Birthday Invites & Video lets you create AI-generated birthday videos and RSVP video invitations. You provide photo(s), birthday details, theme selection, and optional RSVP details. The App uses cloud-based AI and media processing to generate and finalize the video output.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion will permanently delete your account data from our systems and remove your access to the App.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any videos stored in the app or in the cloud may no longer be accessible.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you provide. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2 App Content and Technology

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Birthday Invites & Video or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 Restrictions

You agree not to: copy or modify the App; reverse engineer or decompile the App; use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; or use automated systems to access the App.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive; to impersonate others; to harass or harm others; or to interfere with the App or its servers. You must not share content featuring children without proper authorization.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (including AI and cloud services, and Firebase for authentication and storage). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of generated videos. AI-generated content may contain imperfections. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birthday Invites & Video and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Birthday Invites & Video and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any content you create or share through the App.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
